Utility Package


For an added $80, $90, or $100 a month (studio/one, two, or three bedrooms, respectively), our utility package covers the cost of the following utilities:

  • 300 Mbps Wireless Internet (AT&T Fiber)

  • Water

  • Sewer

  • Trash

  • Pest Control

The only utility you pay separately is electricity through North Little Rock Electric.

Add-On Amenities

The following amenities can be added to your rental agreement:

Pet Policy

The Pointe North Hills is a proud, pet-friendly apartment community! Below, our pet policy is outlined for your reference.

DOGS AND CATS

A maximum of two pets will be permitted to live with you at The Pointe North Hills. $350 non-refundable fee for dogs and cats weighing 0-35. $500 non-refundable fee for dogs and cats weighing 36-50 lbs. $25 monthly pet rent. There is also an additional $50, one-time DNA fee for dogs. Dog breed restrictions include aggressive breeds; examples are Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Chow-Chows, etc.

FISH

Aquariums under 50 gallons are permitted and must be placed in a safe place in the apartment. Aquariums 20 gallons or less do not require a fee. Aquariums over 10 gallons require proof of renter’s insurance. Aquariums over 20 gallons require a $300 non-refundable fee.

BIRDS

Birds smaller than 5 inches do not require a fee. Birds larger than 5 inches require a $300 non-refundable fee. Birds must remain in cages at all times.

HAMSTERS, GERBILS, GUINEA PIGS

Hamsters, gerbils, and guinea pigs must remain in cages at all times. No fee is required.
