How Does Our Move-In Special Work?

When you apply for residency at The Pointe North Hills, standard application fees apply, including a $65 application fee, $150 administrative fee, and $150 security deposit. While these fees are typically non-refundable, employees of our Preferred Employers enjoy a unique perk.

For approved applicants employed by one of our Preferred Employers, the $65 application fee is credited back to your apartment account upon move-in. This means you effectively receive a $65 discount on your first month's rent—a warm welcome to your new home at The Pointe North Hills!
