That’s why every year we host Resident Appreciation Week, a chance to say thank you to the incredible residents who make our community so special. This year’s celebration was one to remember, filled with fun events, great food, and plenty of ways to connect with neighbors.

What is Resident Appreciation Week?

Resident Appreciation Week is our way of showing gratitude to the people who bring life to The Pointe. For one week, we planned daily events designed to treat our residents, encourage community connection, and add some extra joy to their everyday routine.

This Year’s Lineup

Here’s how we celebrated Resident Appreciation Week 2024:

Monday: Movie Night Under the Stars
Residents gathered on the lawn for an outdoor movie night, complete with cozy blankets, popcorn, and plenty of good vibes. There’s nothing like enjoying a film under the night sky with neighbors and friends.

Tuesday: Sweet Treats in the Culinary Kitchen
Our Culinary Kitchen turned into dessert heaven! Residents sampled tasty treats, mingled, and discovered new favorite bites while enjoying the heart of our clubhouse.

Wednesday: Wellness Day
Midweek was all about self-care. Residents stopped by the clubhouse to grab wellness goodies, designed to bring a little refresh and recharge to their busy lives.

Thursday: Thirsty Thursday Happy Hour
A community favorite—our weekly Thirsty Thursday was elevated with extra Resident Appreciation Week energy. Drinks, conversation, and laughter flowed as residents connected and celebrated together.

Friday: Breakfast at the Gates & Snack Surprise
To wrap up the week, our team handed out breakfast at the gates bright and early. Later that day, we stocked the clubhouse with snacks for residents to enjoy while supplies lasted. It was the perfect ending to a week dedicated to celebration.
