Resident Appreciation Week 2020 is happening from Monday, September 21, to Friday, September 24. Look at what we have planned below, and RSVP to all the events via the Events & Happenings tile on our app.

To-Go Monday

On Monday, September 21, we’re kicking off your week with one awesome breakfast.

Bright and early in the morning, our staff will be set up at the front gate like a mini drive-through, passing out breakfast goody bags you can grab from your car window and take to-go!

Trivia Tuesday

2020 has been one wild ride so far. How well have you been paying attention? We’re going to find out with a fun game of 20 Questions About 2020!

Join us on Facebook at 6:00 pm for a round of live trivia on Tuesday, September 22. The winner gets a fun 2020-style “survival kit” and an Amazon gift card.

Swag Wednesday

Feels good to live at a luxury apartment community, doesn’t it? After Wednesday, September 23, you’re going to look good, too.

From 6:00-10:00 pm, stop by the swag station we’re setting up in the lobby of the clubhouse for free t-shirts, sunglasses, koozies, and more. A concierge will be on duty to help you pick out the perfect North Hills swag! 

Thirsty Thursday

Thursday, September 24, is all about happy hour, and this one is going to have one fun theme: Ice Cream & IPAs! 

From 5:00 to 7:00 pm, you’re invited to relax poolside with free ice cream from Le Pops and local IPAs on us. 

Not into hops? Don’t worry! We will have a selection of domestic beers and wines available at the bar, too.

Film Friday

Get ready for movie night! But Friday, September 25, isn’t just going to be just any movie night. We’re watching the movie of your choice outside at the pool!

Watch your inbox for an invitation to participate in our poll and vote for your favorite film. The movie that gets the most votes will be screened at sunset, so you can watch it and relax poolside with drinks and snacks.
