Can you tell me when an apartment will become available?

Phase I of our community is now fully open and leased up! We are unable to predict when an apartment in your desired floor plan will become available. Any current resident must give at least a 60-day notice if they intend to move out of their apartment. Therefore, we generally operate on a 60-day forecast regarding upcoming availability. If you do not see your desired floor plan listed as available for your move-in date in our Interactive Floor Plan Browser, that means all apartments in that floor plan are occupied.

How does the application process work at The Pointe North Hills?

The application process is completed entirely online and every apartment we have available is first-come, first-served. When you click on the Availability button here on our website, it will take you to our online leasing portal.

After you select an apartment and complete the application, you will be charged a $250 security deposit and a $150 administration fee to secure the apartment. Each intended occupant 18 and older will also be charged a $65 application fee.

The application system will automatically conduct a credit check and background check for every applicant and send us the results. To qualify, each applicant must pass these checks and have positive rental history.

We also require your combined household income meets or exceeds 3 times the monthly rent amount. To verify your income, we require a copy of your most recent W2 and three most recent pay stubs.

What is your pet policy?

Our pet policy is detailed right here on our website. We accept dogs, cats, fish, birds, and more as long as they meet our requirements!

Does The Pointe North Hills have a waitlist?

If the type of apartment you desire is currently unavailable, we cannot place you on a waitlist. However, we would be happy to save your contact information and let you know when the apartment you desire does become available. Just contact our office using the form above and let us know what you’re looking for!

How much do utilties cost?

With our convenient utility packages, the cost of your apartment’s 100 Mbps AT&T Fiber Internet, water, sewage, trash, and pest control are completely covered for just $80, $90, or $100 a month (for a studio/one bedroom, two bedrooms, or three bedrooms, respectively. This package will be added to your monthly rent amount). The only utility not included in this package is electricity, which you pay separately through North Little Rock Electric. The anticipated monthly bill amount varies depending on your apartment size and personal consumption habits.

Can I get some apartment pricing?

Sure thing! Here are the starting prices for our floor plans:

  • Jade (Studio, 1 Bath) - $1,096

  • Sapphire (1 Bed, 1 Bath) - $1,216

  • Amber (1 Bed, 1 Bath) - $1,474

  • Ruby (1 Bed, 1 Bath) - $1,417

  • Diamond (2 Beds, 2 Baths) - $1,549

  • Citrine (2 Beds, 2 Baths) - $1,760

  • Opal (3 Beds, 3 Baths) - $2,136
