Congratulations on taking your first steps to luxury apartment living! We’re so glad you have chosen The Pointe North Hills to become your new home. But, before you start applying for an apartment, there are a few decisions you need to make.

From the floor plan you prefer to the amenities that matter most to you, here are the top five things we recommend you consider before putting down a deposit.

#1. FLOOR PLAN

The Pointe North Hills has seven floor plans you choose from. Seven! So, first, you need to find the apartment size that best fits your needs.

For example, if you want a one-bedroom apartment, we have four different options with different layouts and different amenities.

Do you want a balcony? Or a washer/dryer unit? Or a laundry chute? Not every floor plan has all the same features.

But no matter what you’re looking for, we are confident you will find something you love!

#2. BUILDING

Have you seen our community map? If so, you know Phase I of our luxury apartment community will have several buildings with exciting locations to choose from.

Whether you want to stay near our beautiful clubhouse and resort-style pool, or you would rather live next to one of our peaceful courtyards, we have an apartment for you. It may not be in your preferred floor plan, but it will have the location you desire.

Regardless of the apartment you choose, it will be in a great building. There is no bad building location at The Pointe North Hills!

#3. VIEW 

Would you like to wake up surrounded by beautiful landscaping, or are you fonder of people watching? If your view matters to you, you need to consider your options before applying for an apartment here.

POOL VIEW

How does a view of the largest private residential pool in all of Arkansas sound to you? Well, The Pointe North Hills can offer you the prettiest sight you have ever seen.

Our resort-style pool features a beach-style entry, a poolside bar, two poolside fire pits, and four in-water lounging areas!

If you are interested in an apartment with a pool view, availability is limited. Look at our community map to locate buildings that will suit your needs.

COURTYARD VIEW

A courtyard view is another impressive option we are thrilled to offer you here in spades.

Aside from gorgeous landscaping, here are a few incredible things you can expect to see with a courtyard view: 

• putting green
• grilling stations
• game courts
• hammock gardens
• fire pits
• picnic tables

If this is exactly what you want, look for apartment buildings next to a courtyard as you peruse our community map.

PARKING LOT VIEW

Yes, we have many beautiful views to offer you – but those views come with a price. Pool views and courtyard views are going to make your apartment’s rent higher than our base pricing.

Luckily, we have an option to fit smaller apartment budgets. If price is a concern for you, go with a parking lot view!

#4. FLOOR

Speaking of budgeting, each floor of our luxury apartment buildings also has different pricing. The price difference is minimal ($20-$30), but it is still something you should consider before applying for an apartment.

Maybe you want a third-floor apartment to enjoy the best view. Or, maybe you prefer the first floor to avoid climbing stairs. Whichever way you go, you can’t lose when it’s this luxurious!

NOTE: The base rent price you will see for any floor plan will always be for a second-floor apartment with a parking lot view. The next highest price for any floor plan will be for a third-floor apartment, with first-floor apartments being the priciest. 

#5. ADD-ONS 

After finding your favorite floor plan, locating the best building, picking out the perfect view, and landing on the right floor, there is one final decision you need to make. Do you need any of our exciting add-ons?

While applying for an apartment, you will have the option to add-on some (or all) of these amenities:

• Washer & Dryer. Every floor plan larger than an Amber does not include a stacked washer/dryer unit. So, you can purchase your own or rent a pair from us for $50 a month.
• Covered Parking Space. Want to keep your car out of the elements? Rent a covered parking space for $45 a month.
• Garage. Select buildings have garages available for $150-$175 a month.
• Storage Unit. Select buildings also feature  storage units. You can rent one for $45 a month.
• Wine Lockers & Gym Lockers. Inside our Culinary Kitchen & Wine Lounge, we have secure wine vaults. Next to our 24-Hour Fitness Center, we also have secure personal lockers. You can rent either for $25 a month.
