Q & A: The Top 10 Answers Most Apartment Searchers Want to Know Now
03.11.2021 |
Our inbox has been flooded with all kinds of questions for months now. Apartment searchers everywhere are reaching out via Facebook and Instagram, or just hanging out with the chatbot here on our website!
While everyone (of course) has their own unique questions to ask us, ten seem to come up the most often.
Some of them are answered in the FAQ section of our contact page, but we thought, “Why not answer as many as we can in a really helpful, super detailed blog post?”
Well, here you go! The answers you’re looking for could be waiting below.
#1: When Will an Apartment Come Available?
That’s the million-dollar question, isn’t it? As of today, the first phase of our brand-new luxury apartment community is completely leased up! It’s crazy!
However, there is a possibility that an apartment that meets your needs could come available at any time. A current resident may have to move suddenly and break their lease, leaving their apartment open and available.
Just keep checking our interactive floor plan browser to see if something comes available for your move-in date!
Note: We generally operate on a 60-day forecast because any current resident must give at least a 60-day notice before they move out. If you’re searching for an apartment more than two months out from your move-in date, that’s why we can’t predict if we will have something come available!
#2: Do You Have a Waitlist?
We do not have a waitlist here at The Pointe North Hills.
However, you are more than welcome to contact our team and tell us what you’re looking for so we can stay in touch regarding upcoming availability.
#3: How Much Is an Apartment?
As of this blog post’s publication date, our luxury apartments currently start at $725 a month.
Here is a breakdown by floor plan:
- Jade (Studio, 1 Bath, 385 SF) – $725
- Sapphire (1 Bed, 1 Bath, 580 SF) – $840
- Amber (1 Bed, 1 Bath, 680 SF) – $875
- Ruby (1 Bed, 1 Bath, 775 SF) – $925
- Diamond (2 Beds, 2 Baths, 1080 SF) – $1,175
- Citrine (2 Beds, 2 Baths, 1115 SF) – $1,275
- Opal (3 Beds, 3 Baths, 1460 SF) – $1,425
There are guides here on our website that can help you determine which apartment size is right for you and which floor plans will fit your budget.
PS: Did we mention our luxury apartments are also energy efficient?
#4: Do You Offer Discounts or Specials?
Our luxury apartment community rarely offers move-in discounts or specials. However, we do have a Preferred Employer Program!
If you work for one of our preferred employers, your $50 application fee can be credited towards your first month’s rent.
#5: Do You Have Elevators?
The building that houses our ultra-modern clubhouse does have an elevator. The other apartment buildings, however, do have an elevator.
Each building is three stories and features interior hallways and staircases.
#6: Do You Have Furnished Apartments or Corporate Suites?
Yes, we do!
Our corporate suites are fully furnished apartments that come with all the furniture, linens, housewares, décor, and utilities included.
We offer one-bedroom and two-bedroom furnished corporate suites, currently ranging from $1,489 to $2,125 per month.
To see if we have a furnished corporate suite available, just open our interactive floor plan browser and search by your move-in date.
#7: Can I Schedule a Tour?
Of course! We are currently offering in-person tours, virtual tours, and solo tours. You can also watch video tours on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or here in our website’s video gallery.
If you would like to schedule an in-person tour, your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows our team to create a schedule that maintains social distancing between visitors.
Just contact us to see what times are available!
#8 Which Floor Plans Have…?
Looking for a particular amenity in your luxury apartment home?
Stainless steel appliances, Nano Stone counter tops, walk-in closets, and more amazing amenities are available in all our floor plans.
But some floor plans offer unique features:
- Stacked Washer/Dryer Unit– Jade, Sapphire, Amber (Other floor plans have washer/dryer connections and you can rent us a set from us for $50 a month if needed.)
- Laundry Chute – Sapphire, Amber, Diamond, Citrine
- Patio/Balcony – Ruby, Diamond, Citrine, Opal
- Shower Tubs – Diamond, Citrine, Opal (in the guest bathroom)
#9: What Is Covered in the Utility Package?
Our utility package covers the cost of 100 Mbps AT&T Fiber Internet, water, sewer, trash, and pest control for your apartment.
It’s $70 a month for studios and one-bedroom apartments, $80 a month for two-bedroom apartments, and $90 for three-bedroom apartments.
The only utility you need to pay separately is electricity through North Little Rock Electric.
Three days before your move-in day, you will need to set up service by visiting their website, calling them at 501.975.8888, or visiting their office at 120 Main St, North Little Rock, AR 72114.
Note: NLRED will need the physical address for your new home and a copy of your new home's lease agreement to create your account.
#10: What Fees Do You Charge?
Different fees are charged for applicants and residents (and your pets!), so we have detailed all of them below.

Pets
If you have a pet, there are non-refundable fees you must pay up front. Please review our pet policy for details, as there are different fees depending on the type of pet and its size.
For puppies or kittens, please consult your veterinarian to determine the full-grown weight for your pet. We do not need to know what it currently weighs!
