Our community’s clubhouse is full of exciting amenities and luxurious spaces. From the Billiards Lounge to the Banquet Room, there is so much to see, explore, and experience.

However, if you take each area at face value, you’re going to miss something special. Each space has even more features and accessories you will be excited to find and use as a resident here at The Pointe North Hills.

To make sure you catch them all, we created a series of videos you can watch on social media and compiled the list you see below.

Banquet Room

Did you know the Banquet Room is the only space in our clubhouse residents must pay to reserve? It’s because this room is a prime event space that makes entertaining easy.

In addition to both long and round tables, lounge areas, and plenty of chairs to seat 50, the Banquet Room houses extra appliances to serve you and your guests:

• Double-sided refrigerator
• Dishwasher
• Icemaker

These special features can help make your next birthday party, shower, or other celebration possible.

Billiards Lounge

When you heard we have a Billiards Lounge, we are sure you pictured pool tables. Yes, we have two, but that’s not all this special space has to offer!

Pool accessories plus other fun game time features are accessible in this room:

• Balls, racks, and cue sticks
• Shuffleboard table
• Board games
• Three HDTVs

The Billiards Lounge also has a nice bar area where we will host happy hour when it’s too cold to hang out at the pool. At least, that’s our plan when the pandemic passes!

Culinary Kitchen

Another exciting event space in our clubhouse is the gourmet Culinary Kitchen. 

Available exclusively for management-sponsored events, this room will be where we host cooking classes, wine tastings, and more as soon as it is safe to do so. 

Inside, you will find special features like:

• 65 personal wine vaults
• Two professional kitchen ovens
• Two full ranges with grill tops
• Two convection ovens
• Hot plates
• Commercial refrigerator and freezer

Adjacent to this space, you will also find a magnificent outdoor patio where you can relax and enjoy an amazing view of our palatial pool.

Fitness Center

24 hours a day, seven days a week you can find time to work out in our Fitness Center. 

This massive gym has all the equipment you need to sweat in style: 

• LifeFitness cardio machines with interactive workout consoles (stair climbers, treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes)
• SYNRGY90 CrossFit System
• Medicine balls, exercise mats, and balance balls
• Rowing machines
• Resistance machines
• Weight benches, free weights, and barbells

But that’s not all! 

The Fitness Center is also home to two private tanning rooms with 10-minute, stand-up tanning beds.

Movie Theater

Most people are shocked enough to find out our clubhouse features a Movie Theater. Imagine their surprise when they learn we have two!

Both movie theaters require reservations, so you and your guests can enjoy everything in each space privately:

• Reclining chairs with USB chargers and cupholders
• Digital movie library with over 3,000 titles
• HDMI connection for personal streaming devices
• Popcorn machine

All you do is arrive at your reservation time, and our concierge staff will take care of the rest.

Poker Lounge

The Poker Lounge is another amazing space where you can relax and have fun in our clubhouse. 

When you reserve this room, you can take advantage of our custom poker table, plus all the accessories you need to play like a professional:

• Custom poker table
• Electric card shuffler
• Poker chips
• Decks of cards

Just bring a few friends and you’re ready for one epic game night.

Sports Simulator

Many people have seen or experienced a golf simulator before, but our machine is a little unique. When you reserve the Sports Simulator, you have more than just golf to play!

Baseball, hockey, and soccer are also available, plus some amazing extras that really give this space a “sports bar” feel:

• Reclining chairs with USB chargers and cupholders
• Golf clubs, balls, tees
• Baseball bats, hockey sticks, soccer balls
• HDTV with your favorite sports channels
• Mini bar with mini fridge

Bring your own beverages and snacks and you will be all set for game day.

Virtual Fitness Studio

Everyone likes to exercise in their own way, and we understand that our Fitness Center isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. If you prefer to stay fit by attending exercise classes, you are going to fall in love with our Virtual Fitness Studio. 

With our Wellbeats system, you have access to hundreds of on-demand fitness classes. 

All the equipment you need to step, bike, kickbox, and more are waiting in the room for you:

• Exercise mats, exercise balls, balance balls, resistance bands
• Cycling bikes
• Kettle bells and free weights
• Step decks

Isn’t that amazing? Our clubhouse clearly has more to offer than a few lounge areas.
