Inside the lobby of our exquisite, two-story clubhouse, you can find a concierge awaiting you every evening of the week. 

Have a question? They can answer it. Need assistance? They are happy to give it. It’s just like living in a hotel!

In fact, there are six services our concierge staff is trained to handle, allowing you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ultimate luxury living right here in North Little Rock.

#1: Dry Cleaning Services

Picking up and dropping off your laundry at a dry cleaner is not necessary here at The Pointe North Hills. It’s done for you!

Through our partnership with Hangers Cleaners, valet dry cleaning is completely free. Just sign up for an account on their website and a laundry bag will be delivered for you here.

Then, you can fill up your laundry bag and drop it off with a concierge. Pick-ups and deliveries happen on Tuesdays and Fridays, and a concierge will hang up your clean clothes after they return until you are ready to pick them up!

#2: Package Services

Our Amazon Hub handles most of the packages that get delivered to the apartment community from Amazon, DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and more. But not everything!

If you have a package that doesn’t get delivered to the Hub, our staff will store it for you in our package room. You will get an alert from us, letting you know you can pick up your package until 10:00 pm from a concierge stationed in the clubhouse.

#3: Amenity Assistance

All the high-end luxury amenities we offer here at The Pointe North Hills are available at your disposal as a resident. The Billiards Lounge, Fitness Center, and more modern amenities inside the clubhouse are waiting to be enjoyed by you.

Our clubhouse is so modern that almost every inch of it is controlled by an app. The TVs, lighting, music, and more can be changed at any time. So, if you want anything changed in any room, just let the concierge know!

In the event you have a room reservation for any of these spaces, a concierge will also be available to help get you set up:

#4: Service Requests

After a service request is completed in your apartment home, the maintenance team will close the ticket in our system. Then, it’s the job of a concierge to follow up with you.

You will receive a call within two business days asking if you have experienced any other issues or if you need further assistance. They’re happy to help any way they can!

#5: Directions & Recommendations

Our luxury apartment community is in an amazing location. It’s less than five minutes from Downtown Little Rock and just 20 minutes from the Little Rock Air Force Base! 

New to town? If you need any recommendations for fun places to go downtown or directions to the nearest shops or grocery stores, just ask the concierge on duty and they would be happy to assist you.

#6: Coffee Services

Usually, our Starbucks® Coffee & Teavana Tea Bar would be completely self-service. But, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, hot beverages have become another service provided by only our concierge staff to avoid the spread of germs between residents.

Coffee and tea services are now available from 5:00 to 9:00 pm nightly. So, next time you want a cup of coffee, tea, or cocoa, just ask the concierge and they will make it for you!
