At 1,080 square feet, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment has so much to see. Plus, an $80 utility package that covers almost all your essentials.

#1: Kitchen Island

To start our list of modern apartment amenities available in the Diamond floor plan, we go to the first thing you see when you open the front door: a gorgeous kitchen island.

What’s to love about the kitchen island? Look out for the double-sided sink with a gooseneck faucet, countertop space that can comfortably seat three, and a stunning Nano Stone countertop.

#2: Nano Stone Countertops

Eco-friendly. Stain-resistant. Heat-resistant. 

These three attributes are all descriptive of the white Nano Stone countertops found in the Diamond floor plan’s kitchen and bathrooms!

Because the stone is made from recycled glass, it’s naturally more eco-friendly and damage-resistant than natural stones like quartz or granite. 

It looks especially beautiful next to the white subway tile backsplash illuminated by under-cabinet lighting.

#3: Stainless-Steel Appliances

How’s this for luxury? The dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and microwave in our modern apartments are all coated in stainless-steel. Some of these appliances are even ENERGY STAR® certified!

Not to mention, your double-sided refrigerator comes with a water filter and ice dispenser. So convenient!

#4: Custom Cabinetry

To accent those shiny, stainless-steel appliances, we designed and installed custom cabinetry in a lovely eggshell white color. Next to the microwave, you will find feature cabinets that even have frosted fronts for displaying your most dazzling dishes.

Underneath the Nano Stone countertops and above your second set of custom cabinets, you also get deep, soft-close drawers. They are the perfect place to store your silverware, cooking utensils, dish towels, and more.

#5: Pantry

You may get more cabinet space in something like our Sapphire or Amber floor plan, but the Diamond has something neither of those one-bedroom options offer: a pantry!

Next to the front door, you will find a kitchen pantry and coat rack where you can store food, appliances, and seasonal items.

#6: Built-In Bar & Wine Rack

Another dynamite feature you’re going to love in the Diamond is a built-in bar and wine rack found in the living space next to the kitchen. 

If you enjoy entertaining, this space is going to be the perfect sidekick for any soirée.

The Nano Stone countertops, custom cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, and under-cabinet lighting can be found again here at this built-in bar. Plus, a USB charging outlet and (of course) a wine rack that holds up to 33 bottles of wine!

#7: Dining Space

In addition to the eat-in kitchen, you have a dining area in the living space that can hold a dining table to seat four more. 

Don’t plan on hosting dinner parties? You can use this area as a home office or additional living space!

#8: Laundry Room

Another amenity we can promise in every apartment here at The Pointe North Hills is in-unit laundry. The Diamond floor plan even features a laundry room with washer and dryer connections!

You can install your own set or rent one from us for $50 a month. (Yes, we thought of everything!)

#9: Shower Tub in Guest Bathroom

Do you enjoy relaxing in a nice bubble bath at the end of long day? Well, bathtubs are exclusively available in our two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.

A glass-encased shower tub with ceramic and marbled tile can be found in the guest bathroom of our Diamond floor plan, just off the kitchen next to the guest bedroom.

#10: Dual Showerheads in Master Bathroom

While the shower in the master bathroom doesn’t have a bathtub, it does have two showerheads!

You can use the regular showerhead, rainfall showerhead, or both at the same time for a refreshing shower that cannot be beaten.

#11: Media Panels

In each bedroom and the living room, you will notice there is a recessed media panel built into the wall. This is where you can hide all the cords and for your TV, cable box, gaming systems, and more!

If you mount your TV next to or on top of this media panel, your guests will never even know it’s there.

#12: Walk-In Closets

Your fabulous wardrobe needs a place to go, and the Diamond delivers ample space for that. 

Inside both bathrooms, you will find walk-in closets with hanging racks and extra shelves to store your stuff in style. 

#13: Plush Carpeting

Speaking of our walk-in closets, you may notice they are carpeted. Only the walk-in closets and bedrooms feature this plush carpeting, which makes them extra special and supremely cozy.

Throughout the rest of the apartment, we feature dark hardwood laminate flooring.

#14: Patio or Balcony

The last floor plan feature isn’t even inside the apartment. It’s a big outdoor patio or balcony!

Here, you will have plenty of space to make your own oasis. Try setting up some outdoor furniture, a small garden, or even a meditation area. It also has an extra closet for outdoor storage!
