FAQ: Which Utilities Are Included in My Apartment?

Say goodbye to managing mountains of utility bills! No more keeping track of fluctuating bill amounts and remembering due dates. At The Pointe North Hills, we make your life easier by offering five utilities included with every luxury apartment.

The cost of these five utilities are covered (for the average price of one!) under our handy utility package: water, sewer, trash, pest control, and internet. That means one monthly payment with everything included for hundreds less than you’re used to!

Water, Sewer, & Trash

Don’t enjoy talking about water, sewer, or trash? Luckily, you don’t have to! We will take care of it because all three utilities are included with your luxury apartment here at The Pointe North Hills. 

Often, these three utilities are the most frustrating to manage because bill amounts can fluctuate month-to-month and season-to-season. Now, you can control that cost and take all the relaxing showers you like!

Pest Control

Another utility you don’t have to worry about at The Pointe North Hills is pest control

Our pest control partner visits the community each week to perform preventative services that detract all kinds of critters. Because these services are conducted on a rotational basis throughout the property, your apartment building will be visited at least once every three months.

However, if you experience any pest problems inside your apartment, we have your back! Just let us know by submitting a service request. It’s easy to do with a few clicks in our app. 

Then, we can have a pest control technician visit your home during that week’s scheduled visit at no added cost to you. Usually, this would cost you well over $100 a visit!

Wireless Internet

Do you ever want to stream music, play video games, and scroll through social media all at the same time? With our 300 Mbps wireless internet package through AT&T Fiber, it’s possible! That alone would normally cost the average consumer at least $80 a month.

The best part is you don’t have to pay any installation fees or equipment fees on top of an internet plan. Service is already set up and ready for you! Just bring a router with you, plug it into your apartment’s modem, and you will immediately have Wi-Fi. 

If you ever want to upgrade your internet speed or add AT&T U-Verse TV to your package, it's no problem at all! You can contact our AT&T representative using the information provided in the Resident Services section of our app and they will bill you separately for the add-on service.  

Not Included: Electricity

Although we do everything we can to make life a breeze with our utility package, we do not have one utility included: electricity. Your electricity bill is only utility cost you will pay separately through service provided by North Little Rock Electric.

Before you move into your new apartment, we will ask that you set up an account with North Little Rock Electric. Without having service set up, you will not be able to move into your new home.

Your electricity bill will vary depending on your apartment size and personal consumption habits. Thankfully, our apartments are very energy-efficient!

Utility Package Prices

Once you’ve chosen which apartment size fits your needs, we can tell you what your utility package will cost. This cost will be added onto your monthly rent amount and paid for in one lump sum each month.

For a one-bedroom or studio apartment, your utility package will be just $80 a month. For a two-bedroom apartment, it will be $90 a month. For a three-bedroom apartment, it will be $100 a month.

Now that you have all these utilities included with your apartment, just make sure you pay your rent each month. That’s easy, right?
