At The Pointe North Hills, we have several floor plans to fit a variety of needs. From cozy studio apartments to massive three-bedroom apartments, our luxury community something special to offer you. 

APARTMENT AMENITIES

Before we dive into each apartment size and its special features, we want you to know what you will get in every apartment, no matter which floor plan you choose. The ultra-modern details and high-end finishes are what make our apartment community so unique.

• Every floor plan will feature dark wood laminate flooring in the kitchen and living room areas. Every bedroom will have plush designer carpeting.
• Every kitchen will have white Nano Stone countertops made from recycled glass and stone, which makes them durable, stain-resistant, and eco-friendly. The kitchen will be complete with custom white cabinets, subway tile backsplashes, and an island or bar with countertop seating.
• Every bathroom will have glass showers with rainfall shower heads and marbled tile.
• Finally, every bedroom and living room will have a recessed multimedia wall panel to house any cords from your TV, gaming system, etc.

STUDIO APARTMENTS

The first apartment we want to introduce you to is called the Jade.

This floor plan is a 385 square-foot studio apartment with an open layout. The main living space has enough room for a queen-sized bed, a small loveseat or two chairs, a small coffee table, and a small entertainment center or desk.

The Jade also features a stacked washer/dryer unit, walk-in closet, and sleek, modern bathroom with a walk-in, glass shower. You can do a lot with this beautiful studio apartment!

ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENTS 

At The Pointe North Hills, we have multiple options for those of you looking for a one-bedroom apartment. Here are the three you can choose from: the Sapphire, the Amber, and the Ruby.

SAPPHIRE

The Sapphire is a 580 square-foot, one-bedroom apartment.

It is very similar to the Jade floor plan, except it does have a separate carpeted bedroom and features a larger bathroom and walk-in closet with a stacked washer/dryer unit. The walk-in closet even has a laundry chute that connects to the bathroom on the other side of the wall!

Like the Jade, the bedroom can fit a queen-sized bed. The living room has space for a small couch, small tables, and an entertainment center. Additionally, the kitchen countertop is slightly longer than the one found in the Jade, making room for two bar stools.

In the Sapphire floor plan, you can live comfortably with one other person, or live alone. Fair housing guidelines permit up to two people to occupy a one-bedroom apartment, which makes plenty of room for one or two people in this apartment.

AMBER

Are you looking for a larger one-bedroom option than the Sapphire, but not as big as the Ruby? The Amber is 680 square feet and very similar to the Sapphire layout, except there is an additional 100 square feet to make the living space longer and wider!

The biggest difference you will notice when comparing this one-bedroom apartment to the Sapphire is the Amber’s gorgeous, 11-foot kitchen island running through the center of the kitchen.

With the extra square footage, you will also have more cabinets and storage space, as well as more open seating for extra bar stools. This is great for hosting gatherings with several guests!

When comparing the one-bedroom options we've shown you so far, you should note that they are missing a few features of our largest floor plan such as a dry bar, wine rack, laundry room, and patio or balcony.

RUBY

The most spacious one-bedroom apartment size we have—coming in at 775 square feet—is the Ruby. As soon as you walk in, you will notice the Ruby has an open floor plan with a continuous kitchen, dining, and living room space.

The extra square footage in this one-bedroom apartment allows for a larger bedroom (Hello, king-sized bed!), a larger bathroom, and an amazing outdoor patio or balcony with an extra storage closet.

The living room has a wine nook, complete with a wine rack, dry bar, and cabinet space. There is even room in the living area for a dining table or desk, in addition to your living room furniture.

The kitchen has a very large island with more countertop seating space than the Sapphire.

Unlike the Sapphire and Amber, the Ruby does have a separate laundry room and a separate pantry closet. The laundry room features washer and dryer connections, so you can bring your own appliances or rent a set from us for $50 a month. 

TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENTS

If you need more than one bedroom, let’s start exploring the two-bedroom options! You have two to choose from here at The Pointe North Hills: the Diamond and the Citrine.

DIAMOND

The Diamond floor plan is a 1,080 square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that is almost identical to the Ruby, but has a second bedroom and bathroom. The second bedroom has a bathroom attached, making it function more like a master suite than the first.

But, that’s not all! The Diamond has even more exciting amenities we want to tell you about:

• The shower in the main bathroom also has a bathtub.
• The master walk-in closet has a laundry chute hidden in the wall, which opens to the laundry room on the other side of the wall. This makes doing laundry super easy!
• Lastly, the patio or balcony in this floor plan is slightly longer than the one in the Ruby. This is a perfect place to relax, study, or just take in some fresh air!

With this floor plan, you can live comfortably with a roommate, or three. According to Fair Housing guidelines, up to four people can occupy a two-bedroom apartment.

CITRINE

The second two-bedroom apartment size we have is a little larger than the last at 1,115 square feet. Just like the Diamond, the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the living space. However, the living and dining room in the Citrine are larger than those in the Diamond.

The open living room space in the Citrine makes room for a larger couch and dining table and more wall space you can use to show off your style through some décor.

Like the Diamond, the master walk-in closet has a laundry chute to your laundry room. The larger square footage in this floor plan also means each of the walk-in closets are larger. In addition, the pantry closet in the kitchen is longer.

Since the Citrine is our largest two-bedroom apartment size, we recommend it to those of you who need more space for your furniture, your décor, or for hosting parties. You’ve got plenty of room in this floor plan!

THREE-BEDROOM APARTMENTS

If you’re on the search for a three-bedroom apartment, we’ve got you covered!

At 1,460 square feet, the Opal is our largest floor plan with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. At first, this floor plan may look just like a two-bedroom Citrine. But once you look closer, you will notice a hallway off the kitchen leading to the third bedroom and bathroom.

With an expansive kitchen and living area, this apartment size would be a great choice for those of you who enjoy cooking and entertaining, or just hanging out with friends and family while binging something on Netflix.

Lastly, the Opal’s large patio or balcony will offer you one unbeatable view. Each of these units is a corner unit, so it will have a shaded patio or balcony facing one of our beautiful courtyards.

EXTRA APARTMENT FEATURES

To be sure your budget stays where you want it, you should know that first floor, third floor, pool-facing, and courtyard-facing apartments will have slightly higher pricing than second-floor apartments or those facing a parking lot. 

The great thing about most third-floor units, though, is the vaulted ceilings that make your space feel even larger!

Utility Package

No matter which apartment size you choose, you will love that our utility package streamlines your monthly bills and saves you tons of money.

For $70, $80, or $90 per month (one bedroom, two bedrooms, or three bedrooms, respectively), our utility package covers the cost of water, sewer, trash, pest control, and 100 Mbps wireless Internet. The only thing you pay outside of this bill is electricity through Entergy.

Add-On Amenities

Should you need them, we also have washers, dryers, storage units, covered parking spaces, gym lockers, and wine lockers you can add to your rent for a small monthly fee.
