The Jade Corporate Suite is a furnished studio apartment with approximately 385 square feet of space.

The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a stacked washer/dryer unit, and a Nano Stone countertop bar with counter height seating. 

In the living space, you will find a queen-sized bed, sofa, coffee table, and Smart TV, plus a walk-in closet. The bathroom has a vanity mirror with adjustable LED lights and a glass walk-in shower with a regular and rainfall showerhead.

Peridot Corporate Suite

The Peridot Corporate Suite is a furnished one-bedroom apartment with approximately 600 square feet of space.

The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a stacked washer/dryer unit, and a Nano Stone countertop bar with counter height seating. Some units will also come furnished with a bistro table that seats two.

A frosted barn door separates the cozy living room from the bedroom, where you will find a plush king-sized bedroom suite. 

The marbled-tile bathroom has a large walk-in glass shower with regular and rainfall showerheads and a massive walk-in closet.

Quartz Corporate Suite

The Quartz Corporate Suite is a furnished one-bedroom apartment with approximately 670 square feet of space.

The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and a Nano Stone countertop bar with counter height seating. It will also come furnished with a freestanding island that offers additional countertop space and storage space.

Inside the king-sized bedroom suite, you will have a walk-in closet with a stacked washer/dryer unit and a laundry chute that connects to the bathroom.

Garnet Corporate Suite

The Garnet Corporate Suite is a furnished one-bedroom apartment with approximately 674 square feet of space.

The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, a stacked washer/dryer unit and a Nano Stone countertop bar with counter height seating. It will also come furnished with a freestanding island that offers additional countertop seating and storage space.

Bonus! We also offer a Garnet Corporate Suite with a bonus room that adds approximately 150 square feet to the apartment.

The bonus room has been furnished as an office featuring a desk, desk chair, and reading chair. It’s perfect for working from home!

Amber Corporate Suite

The Amber Corporate Suite is a furnished one-bedroom apartment with approximately 680 square feet of space.

The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, Nano Stone countertops, an 11-foot island with counter height seating, and a large coat closet.

Inside the king- or queen-sized bedroom suite, you will have a walk-in closet with a stacked washer/dryer unit and a laundry chute that connects to the bathroom. 

The marbled-tile bathroom has a large walk-in glass shower with regular and rainfall showerheads.

Amber Bonus Corporate Suite

We have two Amber Corporate Suites with bonus rooms! Each will have a 150 square-foot office off the bedroom furnished with a desk, desk chair, and reading chair. 

Ruby Corporate Suite

The Ruby Corporate Suite is a furnished one-bedroom apartment with approximately 775 square feet of space.

The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, Nano Stone countertops, an island with counter height seating, a pantry, and a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

The living space has a built-in wine rack and dry bar as well as a dining nook with a dining table that seats four. Just off the dining area, you will have a private outdoor patio furnished with wicker patio furniture.

This beautiful apartment also includes a king-sized bedroom suite and a marbled-tile bathroom with a large walk-in glass shower and walk-in closet.

Diamond Corporate Suite

The Diamond Corporate Suite is a furnished two-bedroom apartment with approximately 1,080 square feet of space.

At first glance, you may notice that this executive suite is almost identical to the Ruby Corporate Suite. 

The major difference is, of course, the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom on the opposite side of the apartment. The walk-in closet inside the master bathroom also has a laundry chute that connects to the laundry room.

If you look a little closer, you will also notice the “guest” bathroom has a tub. It’s a shower tub with glass doors and a regular showerhead!

Topaz Corporate Suite

The Topaz Corporate Suite is our largest two-bedroom furnished apartment with approximately 1,312 square feet of space.

Like the Ruby and the Diamond, this executive suite has a beautiful kitchen and living area with a built-in wine rack and dry bar as well as a dining nook. However, the space is much larger and can seat up to six. 

Both bedrooms are off one hallway, with the master bedroom having a large ensuite bathroom. Just like in the Diamond, the master bathroom has a glass shower with a regular and rainfall shower head while the guest bathroom has a glass-enclosed shower tub.
