Across industries such as healthcare, education, and energy, employees working for entities on our Preferred Employers list can get their application fee back once they move into a luxury apartment here at The Pointe North Hills.

HOW DOES THIS MOVE-IN SPECIAL WORK?

When you apply here, you will be required to pay a $50 application fee, $150 administrative fee, and $150 security deposit. Regardless if that application is approved or denied, the average applicant will not get their application fee back.

Luckily, for the approved applicants employed by one of our Preferred Employers, the application fee in a way is refundable.

In other words, once you submit your apartment application, get approved, and move in, the $50 application fee will be applied as credit to your apartment’s account. That’s like taking $50 off your first month, right off the bat!

If your employer is on this list, Congratulations! You qualify for our Preferred Employers Discount!

Don’t forget: On your application, be sure to list your employer and your job title. If your employer isn’t on this list, be honest. We will be asking for employment and income verification in order to approve your application.
