We’ve already showed you how easy it is to RSVP to events using our app. Now, let’s help you save you some money.

Ready to get started?

Step #1: Download Our App

To access our Perks, you need to activate your account in the Community Rewards app. Just search for Community Rewards in the App Store or Google Play Store on your device. 

Do you already have it? Skip to Step #2! 

After you download the app and enter your information on the registration screen, it will confirm you have a resident account here, send you a login link via email, and allow you to open the app.

Step #2: Find Nearby Perks

Once you have the app open, you just need to find the Nearby Perks to start shopping. It’s easy! 

Just tap on the tag icon at the bottom of your screen and begin scrolling to see the Perks we have available.

Step #4: Redeem a Perk

If you see a deal or discount you might like to use, just tap on it to get more details.

Inside each deal, you will see more information on that business and additional information about their promotion.

Redeeming a perk can be done in a few different ways, depending on what the business has designated:

• Promo Code: Some businesses will supply a promo code you can need to enter at checkout while shopping online.
• Visit Site: Other businesses will link you directly to their website where you can purchase their product or sign up for their services.
• In-Person: On the occasion where there is a physical location nearby where the deal needs to be redeemed, you should see a Use Perk button that will give you more instructions once tapped. Show this screen to the associate while checking out to confirm you are eligible to use their deal.
