At The Pointe North Hills, we have ultra-modern apartments that start at $708 per month and go up to $1,499 per month. If you’re looking to fit an apartment budget of $800, $900, $1,000, or even $1,600, we have a floor plan for you!

Apartments Under $800

If you’re looking for a luxury apartment under $800 a month, you must see our Jade floor plan. This 385 square-foot studio starts at $708 per month and includes a stacked washer/dryer unit.

Jade Floor Plan

Like all our apartments, the only thing not included in the initial rent amount is the cost of your utility package. The utility package for a Jade is $70 per month, which covers the cost of your internet, water, sewer, trash, and pest control.

Altogether, if you decide this luxe studio space is right for you, both your rent and utilities (expect electricity) can fit under an apartment budget of $800.

Apartments Under $900

Is a studio too small for you? No worries. We have a one-bedroom apartment under $900 you’re going to love.

Sapphire Floor Plan

Our Sapphire floor plan is 580-square foot apartment that starts at $799 per month. With the additional $70 utility package, this option could easily fit in your $900 apartment budget.

What’s great about this floor plan is that it’s affordable like our studio apartment, but it also has an actual bedroom and a walk-in closet. Plus, you don’t lose the stacked washer/dryer unit. In fact, it’s inside the walk-in closet!

The closet also has a laundry chute that connects to the bathroom on the other side of the wall. So, you can just throw your dirty clothes inside, ready to be washed!

Apartments Under $1,000

Looking for a one-bedroom apartment under $1,000 that still includes all our ultra-modern amenities? Look no further! The Amber and Ruby floor plans could be perfect for you.

Amber

If you like the Sapphire, you’re going to love the Amber. Why? Our Amber is almost an exact replica of the Sapphire, but with 100 extra square feet of space!

This floor plan is 680 square feet, giving you a little more space in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. You still have the stacked washer/dryer unit included, as well as the laundry chute from the bathroom to the walk-in closet.

The biggest difference is that there’s a gorgeous, 11-foot island with wraparound countertop seating that runs down the center of the kitchen!

Ambers start at $849 per month, keeping you well under an apartment budget of $1,000 even with the $70 utility package.

Ruby Floor Plan

Ruby

Now it’s time to meet our largest one-bedroom floor plan: The Ruby. This is a 775 square-foot, luxury apartment that has all the appeal of the smaller one-bedroom apartments with a few more glamorous amenities.

With a Ruby, you will get extras like a pantry for all your kitchen storage needs, a wine bar with a wine rack, and a huge outdoor patio or balcony that features another storage closet.
You also get a laundry room with washer and dryer connections. If you do not want to purchase your own, you can rent a washer and dryer from us for $50 a month.

Starting at $899 a month, the Ruby is perfect for those of you with a $1,000 apartment budget who want all the luxurious space you can get!

Apartments Under $1,400

Are you looking to have a second bedroom and bathroom in your apartment? If your apartment budget can go above $1,000, we have two floor plans you need to see: The Diamond and the Citrine.

Diamond Floor Plan

Diamond

Starting at $1,149 per month, the Diamond floor plan is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment boasting 1,080 square feet.

The Diamond has all the best features of the Ruby, including a pantry, kitchen island, laundry room, wine bar, and patio or balcony.

Remember the laundry chute you can find in the Sapphire and Amber, but not the Ruby? Well, it’s back in the Diamond! In this floor plan, the laundry room and the master closet (inside the master bathroom) are connected by that awesome laundry chute.

Because the utility package for a two-bedroom apartment is $80 per month, a Diamond with utilities could easily cost you under $1,300.

Citrine Floor Plan

Citrine

Now that you know how affordable a two-bedroom apartment is at The Pointe North Hills, you may be shocked to learn you can have an even bigger one and still stay under a $1,400 apartment budget.

The Citrine is a 1,115 square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment we have starting at $1,240 per month.

The difference between the Citrine and the Diamond is that it has 75 extra square feet, making the living room and dining space even bigger. You could fit a large, comfortable sectional and a long, elegant dining table in this floor plan.

That’s not all, though! Since the Citrine is always in the corner of a building, it makes for some added shade while you sit outside overlooking one of our beautiful courtyards.

Once you add the two-bedroom utility package of $80 per month, you’ll still come in under an apartment budget of $1,400!

APARTMENTS UNDER $1,600

If you’re looking for a three-bedroom apartment with all the luxurious features we offer at The Pointe North Hills, you will find it in the Opal.

The Opal is very similar to the Citrine, except it has a long hallway off the kitchen leading to the third bedroom and bathroom.

With all that included, this floor plan is a massive 1,460 square feet and starts at $1,449 per month. Once you add the three-bedroom utility package fee of $90 a month, you still stay under a $1,600 apartment budget!
