In today’s world, staying safe and healthy means being socially distant. We are all about building community here at The Pointe North Hills, so that means we have had to get creative and find new ways to have fun with our residents. 

Are you keeping up with all the virtual events, happy hours, and other exciting experiences we have planned? If not, we are here to show you how.

Our resident app is home to an events calendar that makes staying in the know super easy. We will always shoot you invitations to keep you in the loop. Then, you can RSVP and mark your calendar to attend! 

Ready to get started? Let’s go!

Step #1: Download Our App

If you already live at The Pointe North Hills and have our resident app downloaded, you can skip to Step #2. 

If you don’t have our app download to your phone or tablet, just search for “Active Building” in the App Store or Google Play Store. 

Once you open the app and enter your personal information, it will confirm your resident account here and allow you to see all the content inside our resident app.

Step #2: Open the Events Calendar

Now that you have the ActiveBuilding app, let’s navigate over to the events calendar.

On the home screen, you should see three lines in the upper lefthand corner. This is the menu you can use to access all the app's features.

Scroll Down to find the tile titled Events and tap to open it.

Step #3: Explore Upcoming Events

Once you tap on the Events tab, all our upcoming events will be available at your fingertips. 

The calendar is listed in chronological order, showing the soonest events first. Start scrolling to see every event we have planned! 

If you want to see more information on any event, just tap on it. You can see when, where, and how it is happening plus any other details we want you to know.

Step #4: RSVP to an Event

Did you find an event you’re excited to attend? Awesome! Now, you can RSVP.

Tap on the Go button for the event of your choice. If guests are allowed, you can add them to your RSVP. 

Once you RSVP to an event, you can press the Done button, then see yourself marked as Going on the event.

Please Note: For events with limited capacity, you will see a running count of available spots listed at the top of the event details screen. (Example: 10 of 50 spots left.) Your RSVP is usually required for these events, so make sure you RSVP before all the spots are taken.
